  1. Preeti Misra says:

Swamiji practices real yoga and without practice the theoretical aspects seem useless. After watching him practicing his Yoga, theories are becoming obvious to us. This ancient but perfect science practiced so perfectly by him in this vide...o shows evolution of humanity from mother's womb onwards.

Since I was present during his demonstrations I found that through his Yoga and lectures he speaks about evolution on all aspects of one's being, from bodily health to self realization. He demonstrates Yoga as a means of union of the body with consciousness and the soul. He talked about concentration and meditation skills and maintaining a balanced attitude in day to day life and for better performance of one's actions.
